Robert has been a licensed CPA in the State of Nevada since 1996. He graduated UNLV with a dual major Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems, followed by a Master’s Degree in Taxation.

Robert was also honored to serve as an Adjunct Professor at UNLV for 10 years teaching Cost Accounting.

He began his Public Accounting career at Arthur Andersen, where he was employed in both the tax and audit divisions of the firm. He furthered his career by working at both public and private companies in the business and accounting field ranging from senior level to management level positions.

Robert’s experience in providing small business and self-proprietor accounting and tax solutions comes from his senior management employment as a Certified Public Accountant at the notable Las Vegas businesses of Vista Management, Inc. and Euphoria Salons & Euphoria Institute of Beauty Arts & Sciences.

Robert is also serving his second term as a volunteer member of the Finance Committee of The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR). He is a licensed Realtor, teamed with his twin sister, Robin, (SmithTeamLasVegas.com) with over 30 years of combined experience serving the Las Vegas valley. Most recently, he was employed by Wilmington Trust, SP Services (Nevada) a subsidiary of M&T Bank.
